My personal data will be stored and processed on the server of the MHH data center in accordance with data protection regulations, in particular the GDPR. Only the employees of the program coordination and the program secretariat of the Master's program in Public Health at the MHH have access to the data.

My data will be used for the organization and, if necessary, contact with the admission exam, which is part of the application and admission procedure of the study programmes.

My personal data will not be passed on.

Once my data has been collected by the MHH President's Office, it will be stored for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected. As a rule, this means that my personal data will be deleted or anonymized after the admission examination has been completed. Existing retention obligations and periods are observed.

In the event of a revocation, my data that I have provided via the contact form will be deleted."
