New interprofessional study programmes

The aim of the research-oriented Master's degree course is to address the publicly and politically formulated need for expertise in public health, healthcare research and the professionalization of healthcare professions and to enable students to take on scientifically sound tasks in healthcare institutions and in research in an increasingly complex healthcare system.

With its interdisciplinary approach, the study programmes is aimed at graduates who wish to deepen the knowledge they acquired in their first degree with specific, particularly methodological and population- and profession-related knowledge at Master's level.

Overview

  • Admission requirements:
A professionally suitable degree (at least Bachelor's level) in Public Health; health-related study programmes (including Nursing,
Physio/Ergotherapy, Speech Therapy); humanities, social sciences, natural sciences and economics-oriented study programmes; human medicine, veterinary medicine, dentistry.

Winter semester 2024/25
  • Standard period of study:
4 semesters, part-time study possible

120 ECTS
