You are scheduled for an operation. To simplify the preparation for the operation and to ensure that everything runs smoothly, please note the following points:
Please make a list of the medication you are taking and bring it with you to the admission together with other available medical documents (X-rays, medical reports, findings, etc.) and a hospital referral.

On the day of admission

Please call Ms. Niemeyer in the clinic secretariat again at 08:15 on the planned day of admission before arrival to confirm your appointment.

Before you come to our ward, we ask you to present yourself at the Urology Outpatient Clinic. Here we will take care of all the formalities for you.
