For study and teaching:
In order to ensure excellence in student education in the future, professional management of scientific work and the systematic integration of digital skills in all study programs and across all subject boundaries is required. Digitalization aspects will be incorporated into the curricula in terms of both content and methodology to ensure a forward-looking and practice-oriented education. Corresponding teaching concepts are being developed and established for both Master's and doctoral degree programs in Biomedical Data Science - Master.
In accordance with the MHH's mission statement for teaching, students are given the opportunity to acquire qualifications and skills that allow them to actively and responsibly participate in the shaping processes of a modern knowledge society.
The establishment of further training opportunities for teaching staff to acquire the necessary digital teaching skills is a cornerstone of the teaching digitalization strategy. Support services are created for teachers to promote the digitalization of teaching.
Campus and learning management systems provide organizational and didactic support in everyday university life. Extensive electronic teaching materials are available for teaching. Digital lecture notes, complex multimedia teaching/learning content and even online lectures as video conferences are offered.
