The mapping of end-to-end processes is the next step in the further development of a system landscape that works for the entire organization. A reliable key performance indicator system can be set up on the basis of a modern, integrated system such as SAP S/4HANA.

Administration, as a central service of MHH, will use digitalization to make support processes more efficient and transparent for internal stakeholders.
