Regulation on the e-mail appearance and signature: A

In order to ensure a uniform internal and external appearance, the Presidium therefore decided on 13.9.2016 on a uniform regulation for the email appearance and signature. The aim is to create a recognizable image for patients, referring physicians, cooperation partners, investors, the media and other stakeholders.

The description and a sample of the standardized e-mail signature in German and English can be found in the organization manual under E-mail signature.

On behalf of the Presidium, we ask you to ensure that you use the new e-mail signature with immediate effect.
