Larissa Fey has been working at the Institute ofGeneral Medicine and Palliative Medicine since November 2023 and is responsible for the project "Be a Doc - an interprofessional and collaborative module for professionalization in medical studies". She also works in psychosocial counselling and as a lecturer for the elective course "Resilience training and stress management for students". She is currently on parental leave.

Most recently, Ms. Fey helped to set up and supervise a structured doctoral program as Research Training Group Coordinator as part of an international collaborative research center. She also worked as a training officer at a training and further education institute for psychotherapy and completed further training as a systemic coach and resilience trainer while working. She then gave part-time resilience training courses for professionals.

Larissa Fey studied psychology at the Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel from 2013-2018, specializing in clinical psychology and work and organizational psychology. During her studies, she worked as a research assistant at the Institute for Pedagogical-Psychological Teaching and Learning Research, where she also wrote her thesis. As part of her clinical internship, she worked as a prospective psychologist in a psychosomatic Clinical Department with traumatized patients.

Prior to this, she completed a dual degree in business administration and worked in project management at Messe Berlin GmbH
