Isabel Kitte has been working at the Institute ofGeneral Medicine and Palliative Medicine since January 2018. Her areas of responsibility are the development and implementation of the mentoring program in the Competence Center for Advanced Training in General Medicine Lower Saxony (KANN) and the coordination and planning of the block internship in general medicine during medical studies.

After training as a paediatric nurse at Altona Children's Hospital in Hamburg, she studied education with a focus on adult education at Leibniz University Hannover from 2001 to 2006. From 2006 to 2017, she worked at the German Professional Association for Nursing Professions in the area of conception, implementation and management of further education and training for nursing professionals.
