Purpose of data collection
My data will be used to register for the 16th Scientific Meeting of the GTÜM 2024 in Hanover.
If I send data via this form, I give my consent for this data to be processed. This also applies to special categories of personal data transmitted by me. In accordance with Art. 9 para. 2 lit. b) GDPR, the MHH processes these exclusively for registration and invoicing for the 16th Scientific Conference of the GTÜM 2024 in Hanover.
Forwarding of data
My personal data will be forwarded to the organizer (Förderverein AINSplus Hannover e.V.; Carl-Neuberg-Str. 1; 30625 Hannover).
Storage
My data will be stored by the MHH Department of Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care Medicine for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected. As a rule, this means that my personal data will be deleted or anonymized after the end of the event. Existing retention obligations and periods will be observed.
Revocation
In the event of revocation - at the earliest after payment of the invoice issued - my data that I have provided via the contact form will be deleted.
