The general terms and conditions of our training courses
Registration
Employees of the MHH
- Register on the website www.bap2go.de and select the desired event from the range of training courses. Please complete the relevant online registration form in full.
- You will receive a confirmation of your registration once you have sent it off.
- Your supervisor will receive an e-mail and may decline your participation for urgent business reasons.
- If no consensus on participation can be reached, your registration will be processed with the involvement of the Staff Council.
- After the registration deadline - at the latest six weeks before the start of the event - you will receive a binding acceptance or rejection by email from the Training Academy for Nursing. Please inform your line manager.
External participants
- Even if you are not employed at Hannover Medical School, you can still choose events from our training program. To do so, please complete the relevant online registration form at www.bap2go.de. Please be sure to state the invoice recipient.
- After the registration deadline - at the latest four weeks before the start of the event - you will receive a binding confirmation or rejection by email from the Training Academy for Nursing.
Fees
Employees of the MHH
- The events are free of charge for MHH employees, provided that they have been approved by their supervisor and the training course is not marked otherwise.
External participants
- External participants will receive an invoice before the start of the event and will be asked to pay it within 14 days. If the costs are covered, please state the name of the invoice recipient.
- If you cancel at short notice, 7 days before the training course, we reserve the right to charge the agreed fees. It is possible to send another person as a replacement.
Changes
We reserve the right to appoint substitute speakers, to postpone or cancel events and to make postponements or changes to the training program, provided that this does not change the objective of the event. If a seminar has to be canceled due to circumstances for which the organizer is not responsible, the organizer assumes no liability for the costs incurred by you, such as travel costs, loss of earnings, etc. Seminar fees already paid will be refunded in full. There are no further claims.
Copyright
Working documents and computer software used are protected by copyright. Copying or passing on to third parties is only permitted with the prior consent of the copyright holder.
Certificate of attendance
At the end of a training course, you will receive a certificate of attendance by e-mail.
Final provisions
Contracts between the Academy and the participant shall also be governed by the Legal of the Federal Republic of Germany to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The statutory provisions restricting the choice of law and the applicability of mandatory provisions, in particular of the country in which the customer as a consumer has his habitual residence, shall remain unaffected.
If the Participant is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from contractual relationships between the Academy and the Participant shall be the registered office of the Academy.
