The Department of Human Resources Management - Civil Servants and Non-Tariff Staff, or BAT for short, supports all executives who are employed on a non-tariff basis, as well as university professors and civil servants in the Academic Councillor category in all matters relating to employment and service law.

We see ourselves as supporting the Presidium, the decision-making level, as well as accompanying the executives. We stand for Communications and service orientation.
