In this laboratory, immunological tests are carried out on white blood cells (lymphocytes, granulocytes, monocytes). The use of living cells and the time-consuming tests, some of which take several days, make it essential to make an appointment in advance by calling 0511/532 3630. Unsolicited material will not be processed.

Our range of examinations:

• Phenotyping of blood cells (FACS)
• Lymphocyte transformation test (reaction to ConA, IL-2, PHA, PPD, PWM, optional candidin)
• Granulocyte function (respiratory burst, phagocytosis)
• CD40L (CD154) determination (Hyper-IgM syndrome diagnostics)
• Determination of cytokine production of mononuclear cells (intracellular cytokine detection using FACS)
• Planning of individual examinations
