Investigations of cellular immune parameters
Location Building K5
In this laboratory, immunological tests are carried out on white blood cells (lymphocytes, granulocytes, monocytes). The use of living cells and the time-consuming tests, some of which take several days, make it essential to make an appointment in advance by calling 0511/532 3630. Unsolicited material will not be processed.
Consultation appointments can be arranged by calling 0511 532 3014.
Our range of examinations:

- Granulocyte function (respiratory burst, phagocytosis)
- CD40L (CD154) determination (Hyper-IgM syndrome diagnostics)
- Determination of cytokine production of mononuclear cells (intracellular cytokine detection using FACS)
- Planning of individual examinations
