In order to be able to process your inquiry regarding a suspected/excluded immunodeficiency as specifically as possible, we would like to ask you to complete our questionnaire and send it to us with the specified documents. This should only be done by a physician.

Under the leadership of the German Society for Immunology, the interdisciplinary S2 guideline on "Diagnosis of the presence of a primary immunodeficiency", which was first developed in 2011, was updated this year. The guideline is aimed at primary care providers (family physicians, pediatricians, general practitioners).
