Psychology internships

Due to internal restructuring (start of the Master's degree program in Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy and establishment of the new further training for specialist psychotherapists), we are currently unable to offer internships in psychology.

As soon as this situation changes, we will inform you on this page.

In our Clinical Department, we offer internships in accordance with the requirements for an orientation internship and the professional qualification activity I (according to § 15 PsychThApprO) for psychology students.

The duration is a minimum of 4 weeks to a maximum of 8 weeks.

As a rule, interns are assigned to one of our wards, which gives them an insight into multi-professional work and everyday clinical practice. Requests regarding ward allocation are taken into account depending on current capacities.

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 18 years
• Current enrolment at a university in a psychology study programme
• Completion of content from clinical psychology before starting the internship
