Psychiatric occupancy management

Clinical Department of Psychiatry, Social- and Psychological Therapy

Psychiatric occupancy management

The psychiatric occupancy management team coordinates inpatient and daypatient admissions to the Clinical Department and advises colleagues in private practice, relatives and patients.

We are available for...

  • Patients with a confirmed specialist diagnosis
  • physicians and psychologists in private practice who want to refer patients
  • relatives who see a need for inpatient treatment for their loved ones.

For you as a patient, we are your first point of contact for all aspects of your inpatient treatment in our Clinical Department.
During an initial consultation, you will tell us in peace and quiet about the current reason why you are seeking contact with us.

In order to better assess your state of health, we will ask about

  • Your current state of well-being,
  • a diagnosis that has already been made or
  • known concomitant illnesses.

Based on this information, we will decide whether to admit you or whether to transfer you to another Clinical Department.

If you are admitted to us as an inpatient, we will work with you to coordinate the best possible date and time for your inpatient treatment.
