We are jointly responsible with Meta Platforms Ireland Limited on this social media channel for the collection of your data, data processing on Instagram and its disclosure by transmission, in accordance with Art. 26 GDPR. The legal basis for the processing is our legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR in order to inform you about medical and research topics from our university hospital, to carry out public relations work and to contact you directly. The social media provider alone is responsible for any further processing in connection with Instagram within the meaning of the GDPR.
