Current

  • Please note that the original cover letter for the submission of an illness-related inability to take an examination (including the certificate of inability to take an examination) must be submitted directly to the Office of Academic Affairs Dentistry.

Deadlines

  • Registering for a course also means registering for an examination.
  • All students must register for the courses they wish to attend by the deadline.
  • Registration for the summer semester is from January 20 to February 28 and for the winter semester from June 20 to August 20 of each year, with the exception of the first semester.

  • If you are registered for the courses, you are also automatically registered for the exam.
    If you are not registered for the courses, you are not allowed to take part in the courses or the exam! There are no exceptions to this rule!
  • If you have to repeat a course, you are also registered for the repeat exam.
  • You can only withdraw from examinations in justified exceptional cases. One reason is illness. In this case, please continue reading here.
  • Students who do not show up for an examination after registering for the course without good reason or who withdraw from the examination after it has started without good reason will be given one failed attempt. This means that the written exam will be assessed as failed.

General information

  • Please note that you are responsible for arriving on time for the specified examination dates.
  • It is only possible to take the examinations if you can present your student ID or another form of identification.
