Phlebology: Diseases and treatment spectrum

• Varicose vein disease (chronic venous insufficiency) including varicose veins of the trunk, lateral branch varices and spider veins
• Thrombophlebitis and deep vein thrombosis

Comprehensive diagnostics of the superficial and deep leg veins and the lymphatic system are offered as part of this consultation. Color-coded duplex sonography and Doppler sonography are used. Digital photoplethysmography (DPPG) and venous occlusion plethysmography (VVP) are also available.

Therapeutic measures include sclerotherapy, foam sclerotherapy and the prescription of suitable compression.
