The responsibility of the MHH training campus

As a hospital and university, the MHH is aware of its social responsibility, without which career guidance cannot be complete. We therefore offer comprehensive information, advice and projects on the basis of personal and individual Communications.

Our tasks are

  • Expanding the school and counseling network for career guidance
  • Implementation of school careers and orientation fairs
  • Carrying out careers guidance projects within and outside the MHH
  • Conducting guided tours for school groups or classes within the MHH
  • Conception, planning and implementation of events and functions at MHH in close cooperation with Event Management, Recruiting and Strategic HR Marketing at MHH
  • Organization of the public career day at MHH
  • Ongoing participation in firmly established external events, e.g. Ideas Expo, Long Night of Careers
  • Supporting the Recruiting team at job fairs
  • Collaboration with Strategic HR Marketing on all public relations issues
  • Collaboration with Recruiting, Event Management, the web editorial team and MHH's digital media
  • Supporting internal Communications with the MHH training managers, the Presidium and staff unit managers for the conceptualization of new and existing projects and goals
