As a program for women who are still at the beginning of their career, the basic requirements are that you have started or recently completed your doctorate; female physicians should be at least in the second year of their specialist medical training. In addition to your contact details, the profile form asks for information about your circumstances (children, caring responsibilities, GdB). This information will of course be treated confidentially and will be used to better assess your needs.

You will also be asked about your employment at the MHH. A fixed-term position during the time of the mentoring program is not a problem at the time of application, but if your position is not extended, you will not be able to continue participating in the program.
