Anatomy is the study of the structure of the healthy body

It is a very important basis for the study of medicine and dentistry. The MHH's Institute of Anatomy therefore relies on the support of people who donate their bodies. Without body donations, it would not be possible to provide our students with a good education in medicine and the further education and training of physicians. Students learn about the complex structure of the human body in practical courses on cadavers. Young physicians can prepare for new surgical techniques in special courses. The willingness to make the body available for teaching and medical research is a gift from a person to their fellow human beings.
