Welcome to the homepage of the Administrative Unit Interdisciplinary Emergency and Disaster Medicine (INKM)
The main tasks of the Interdisciplinary Emergency and Disaster Medicine Administrative Unit (INKM) are
- Processing and implementation of the MHH emergency plan (KAEP),
- In-clinical organization of emergency care (BLS, REA teams),
- Implementation, organization and coordination of continuing medical education and training, and
- Specialist advice in the field of emergency and disaster medicine in the state capital and region of Hanover and
- Managing and ensuring the leading emergency physician service in the city and region of Hanover (LNA)
- Medical management of the rescue service in the state capital of Hanover (ÄLRD)
- Working group of emergency medical site managers of the state capital of Hanover
- Working group on advanced training for rescue services in the City and Region of Hanover
Another focus is the further development of the networking of Clinical Departments with the rescue service. The software solution IVENA (Interdisciplinary Proof of Care) is used for this purpose:
- IVENA working group: emergency departments of all acute clinics in the city and region of Hanover, regional control center Hanover, ÄLRD city and region of Hanover
- User advisory board Lower Saxony / Bremen
In the event of disasters, e.g. Ukraine, earthquakes in Turkey/Syria, the Administrative Unit is responsible for the implementation and organization of donation campaigns for the medical products urgently needed in these situations.
