We are delighted that you are interested in our rather colorful team at the Company Daycare Centre of the MHH!
We would like to clarify initial questions and inform you about important general conditions. However, we would be more than happy to receive a personal phone call or an e-mail so that we can clarify any unanswered questions.
But before we start with facts and figures, one thing is particularly important to us:
- As diverse as the children at Campuskinder are, as diverse are the days with us and should or may also be the professionals. We welcome all applications. The children should be your top priority!

We want everyone to feel comfortable here - children, parents and employees.
The children entrusted to us from different backgrounds should be supported in understanding their living environment and shaping it in a self-determined, competent and responsible manner. The situations that are important for the children in a group are also important for the professionals and are taken up and developed, for example, in a project.
Involving children in decision-making is the key to education. We involve the children in as many decisions as possible in the Facilities or Institutions according to their age.

Remuneration is in accordance with the TV-L Social and Educational Service. Specialists with a qualification as an educator are grouped in S8a, social assistants in S4.

We offer everything from part-time contracts from 23.1 hours per week to full-time.
Our specialists generally work in shifts. This means that there is an early shift, a normal shift, a late shift and a late late shift.
Specialists work the late shift until 8:30 pm once every 5 days in 1 1/2 years.
Employees work early shift from 5:00 a.m. and late shift until 5:30 p.m. once every 6 weeks or so.

Each shift has its own special features. In the same way that the early shift is earlier, the alarm clock may even be turned off completely for the late shift.
We offer care at the weekend every 14 days. For you as an employee, however, this service only applies on 2 - 3 days a year.
