The central competence of the Sterilization department is instrument reprocessing in MHH's own reprocessing unit for medical devices (AEMP). The workflows of the validated reprocessing processes defined in the certified quality management system, in accordance with the current legal and further regulatory requirements, ensure maximum safety for patients and users. Instrument and repair management, which is also part of the department, ensures the consistently high quality of the instruments to be reprocessed.
