Qualification objectives

Theoretical and practical computer science topics are taught. The focus is on basic methods of programming in Python and their practical application. Students learn about the various areas of computer science and deal with algorithms, data structures and a specific programming language.

Competencies

After successfully completing the module, students are familiar with the most important basics of programming. They know programming paradigms and methods and can apply them in practice. They are able to analyze problems and solve them algorithmically. Furthermore, students will be able to program in the Python programming language in a structured manner.
