Clinical Department of Nephrology and Hypertension

Special outpatient clinics

The special outpatient clinic cares for patients with hereditary cystic kidney disease/ADPKD and tubular dysfunction. In close cooperation with other specialist disciplines, we offer the entire spectrum of treatment options. In addition to complaints caused by cystic kidneys, we also advise and treat electrolyte imbalances and renal calcifications caused by altered tubular function.

  • Tubular dysfunction (Gitelman syndrome, Bartter syndrome, diabetes insipidus, phosphate diabetes, RTA, Gordon syndrome, SIADH)
  • ADTKD (tubulointerstitial autosomal dominant kidney disease)
  • Nephrocalcinosis
