Outpatient clinic for thrombotic microangiopathies (TMA)
Thrombotic microangiopathies include the clinical pictures of atypical hemolytic uremic syndrome (aHUS) and acquired thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP).
The special outpatient clinic evaluates and monitors therapy for patients with these rare disease entities. Our Clinical Department has many years of expertise in the field of TMA, both in acute care (plasmapheresis, dialysis, initiation of therapy) and in the long-term care of patients.
