Care documentation System and user support
A warm welcome!
We, the nursing documentation, system and user support team, are currently made up of four nurses with various additional qualifications who work full or part-time.
Together, we bring many years of practical professional experience from a wide range of Nursing Departments.
Our task is to train, support and accompany all normal, IMC and stroke unit wards in all aspects of documentation with the implemented nursing documentation programs i.s.h.med and m.life and to provide advice on questions and problems relating to the application.
The focus here is on implementing the nursing process, taking into account internal standards, guidelines, the national expert standards and billing-related processes within the IT documentation.
This in turn gives rise to other various processes and tasks, which are listed here as examples:
- Adaptation and optimization of the system to changing requirements (e.g.: PPR 2.0)
- Quality controls
- Testing functions following updates
- Checking decubitus documentation for external quality assurance
- and much more.
We work closely with a wide range of areas and specialist departments and thus form a link for implementation in care documentation.
