Information on the ward
Welcome to our website
Ward 51a is located in the "Center for Mental Health". The focus is on depression, anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorders.
Our nursing team consists of qualified nursing staff, most of whom have completed additional training in social psychiatry.
We ensure the quality of our nursing care through targeted participation in further and advanced training events, case supervision and inter-ward working groups. Our work is based on the nursing guidelines, the MHH mission statement and the MHH nursing concept.
Our nursing care on ward 51a takes the form of reference care. As care therapists, we act as a point of contact for your problems, for planning therapy steps and for setting your goals during your inpatient stay. We work closely with the attending physician and accompany you as co-therapists.
Our patients are accommodated in comfortably furnished twin rooms.
Psychiatric care on our ward is provided in individual contacts and in sociotherapeutic group sessions. This involves, for example, encouraging patients to discover and test their individual resources and supporting them in their efforts to maintain and regain their ability to organize and cope with everyday life.
We focus on a multi-professional approach to comprehensive care. The close integration of all professional groups (psychologists, social work, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, medical service) on the ward and good cooperation with other wards in the Department as well as people and Facilities or Institutions providing further treatment ensure comprehensive care.
If you are interested in a ward admission and treatment on our ward, please coordinate a preliminary appointment. To do this, please call our
