The way to work can look as picturesque as Oliver Kohl's here. Collecting minutes virtually takes care of itself.
Nordic walking in the Eilenriede
To clear her head and relieve the strain on her back from sitting for long periods in the office, Bernadeta Lilje grabbed her walking sticks and went for a long walk in Hanover's city forest.
With running jacket and sunglasses
The weather was so great on Sunday that Martina Reuschel wanted to walk for a good hour: "No sooner said than done. Wonderful." We think so too!
Hiking with the colleague
... was Silke Schweidler from the BAUM group of companies. Together with Barbara Gruß (right), she made the Hemmingen region unsafe and had a lot of fun. You can see!
And another animal: the bicycle
Participant Birgit Öhlschläger seems to have completed her 150 minutes in one day - by cycling from Frielingen via Horst to Schloss Ricklingen and back via Bordenau. Respect!
1,000 minutes!
Anyone who collects as many minutes as Annette Menzel has definitely earned a waffle. And what a waffle!
"150 minutes" sets trends
We are setting trends not only in sport, but also in photography: shadow images are definitely in!
Indoor can also be stretched
Olaf Daebler tried out how this works on Thursday during a visit to a trade fair in Wolfsburg. It quickly added up to a few thousand steps.
Fresh air without end
Antje Schneider from PSD Bank Hannover goes for a walk with a friend in Döhren almost every week - and last week she enjoyed it twice as much for "150 minutes"!
"150 minutes" also offers something for the eye
Annette Menzel experienced this beautiful twilight on her hike in the Süntel. Great picture!
Training for dogs AND humans
Barbara Steuer and her dog Cookie are ready to go. Off they go to lunge training!
Mushrooms... uh, collecting minutes
There is no shortage of fresh air during the campaign week. And despite the focus on the donation target, our participants always show attention to detail!
Hiking in the Harz Mountains
On Saturday, Olaf Daebler was out and about with friends in the Harz Mountains to collect active minutes for Nursing at MHH. We are sure that he will have found a few ;-)
Shadow in front of the Deister
And someone else is casting a shadow: Annette Menzel. She was out on her Nordic walking tour with three friends in the fields off the Deister.
Collecting minutes together
Henriette Dusche (left) and Katharina Rehbein from the BAUM Group have arranged to go jogging for the "150-minute week". Collecting minutes together is twice as much fun!
Don't be a sheep and join in!
When walking in Lauenau, you obviously come across these two gentlemen regularly ;-)
On the road with Einhorn
Yvonne Wesoly was out and about with her dog Lotte in beautiful weather. And the faithful four-legged friend turned into a unicorn - at least in terms of shade.
Let's go
Annette Menzel kicks things off: She starts the "150-minute" week ambitiously and in the fresh air!
The Unternehmerverbände Niedersachsen e.V. are on board!
The umbrella organization of employers' and trade associations in Lower Saxony is setting a good example and is committed to Nursing as part of our Active Week. Thank you very much!
