Judith Gartmann, Clinical Department of Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine, was awarded the 2026 Zarnekow Prize for Rehabilitation Research in March 2026. The award, worth 5,000 euros, is funded by the Illa and Werner Zarnekow Foundation and presented annually by the German Society for Rehabilitation Sciences (DGRW). The award-winning work is titled “Challenges in the Rehabilitation Care of People with Cognitive and/or Multiple Disabilities—A Report on Experiences from a Pilot Study.”
