Project organization
The successful execution and implementation of strategic projects requires interdisciplinary cooperation between the various organizational units of the entire MHH.

Devision I (Human Resources/Organization) is responsible for personnel management, Human Resources, recruiting, personnel applications and time management, personnel controlling and personnel budget, as well as policy matters.
Devision II (Finance, Accounting and Controlling) is responsible for Finance, Accounting and Controlling, commercial controlling and reporting as well as third-party funds.
Devision III (Facility Management) is responsible for commercial, technical and infrastructural Facility Management as well as medical technology.
Devision IV (Logistics) is responsible for central purchasing, the central kitchen, transportation, materials management and reprocessing.
Devision V (Patient and Revenue Management) is responsible for patient billing and medical controlling.
Devision VI (Construction Management) is responsible for requirements planning and project development, project management, technical building equipment (TGA) and civil engineering.
The Administrative Unit MHH Information Technology (MIT) is responsible for the provision of information technology services at MHH and provides support in the context of monitoring the compatibility of new technologies with the existing IT infrastructure.
The Legal, Safety and Physics and Internal Audit and Risk Management Administrative Units are important partners in projects, particularly with regard to their technical and advisory functions.
Depending on the focus of the project, the Nursing and Hospital Management Devisions as well as the Clinical Performance Development, Medical Process and Patient Safety, OP-Management, Centralised Quality Management and Emergency Management Units, for example, are involved from the Patient Care Presidium.
The Presidium's Research and Teaching department, headed by the President of MHH, is responsible for MHH's overarching strategy as well as internal and external Communications, alongside the numerous specialist departments.
