Pedelec and bicycle accident survey

Prospective, actively supported recording and evaluation of pedelec and bicycle accidents (including single-vehicle accidents and near misses). The aim of the study is to examine 3,000 participants from the "Pedelecs and Health" study (spread across Germany) in detail over two years with regard to accidents (including single accidents) and near misses. The aim is to take targeted action against the "non-reporting" of single-vehicle accidents and near misses in order to proactively reduce the number of unreported cases.
