Subject area Participations
Main areas of activity:
- Professional analysis and processing of all issues relating to the associated companies in terms of company law and commercial law; preparation and presentation of alternative decisions; subsequent obtaining of the necessary approvals.
- Participation in shareholders' meetings and, if necessary, representation of MHH as a shareholder in the shareholders' meetings of the associated companies, exercise of voting rights.
- Participation in the negotiation and finalization of cooperation projects of MHH with university hospitals and industrial partners similar to investments; development and presentation of decision alternatives; subsequent obtaining of the necessary approvals and ensuring contractual implementation.
- Analyzing and evaluating business plans, annual financial statements, audit reports on the annual financial statements and reporting data of the affiliated companies during the year.
- Processing and dealing with regular and extraordinary inquiries from the Nds. MWK regarding the associated companies.
