Applications for this admission date can be sent to us from 01.10.2025 to 02.03.2026. Interviews will take place in April 2026.

Application documents:

• Cover letter
• Curriculum vitae in tabular form with photo
• A certified copy of your school leaving certificate
  (e.g. secondary school leaving certificate I (Realschulabschluss), Abitur, Fachhochschulreife etc.)
• Proof of professional qualifications, if applicable
• A copy of your identity card
• A medical certificate from your family physician confirming your health suitability → You should be free from infectious diseases and be physically and mentally resilient

Before you can start your training with us, a two-weekinternship in a commercial kitchen together with a dietician is desirable. Please plan this in good time and send us an indication of when and where the internship will take place together with your application documents.

Most of the training takes place in our vocational school and the lessons are taught in German, so a C1 language level is recommended.
