has been part of the School of Dietetics for over 30 years. She mainly teaches the subjects "Dietetics" and "Diet and Nutrition Counseling" and is also in charge of the teaching kitchen for these subjects.
Since 2019, she has taken on the role of Head of School and thus also ensures that everyday school life is optimally organized.

completed her training at our school. For a few years she worked at the Oststadt Hospital until she decided to come back as a teacher. Now she has been teaching the subjects "Food Science" and "Nutrition" with great pleasure for more than 20 years. She is also in charge of the teaching kitchens and provides our students with help and advice.
Dietician, diet kitchen manager / DGE, specialist educator
also completed her training at our school. She then worked at Bonn University Hospital and, after completing her studies, in occupational health management.
Since 2019, she has been teaching the subjects "Food Science" and "Hygiene" as part of our team and is responsible for the planning and implementation of the teaching kitchen.
Dietician, B.Sc.Food and Nutritional Sciences, nutritionist DGE, specialist teacher
completed her training as a dietician at our school and worked in patient care at the MHH for 19 years.
She has been a permanent member of our team since 2019 and contributes her extensive experience and knowledge in the subjects "Kitchen Technology" and "Kitchen Organization" as well as in the teaching kitchens. She also supervises the trainees during their internship and provides them with advice and support.
Dietician, specialist teacher
completed her training as a dietician, how could it be otherwise, also at our school. Since then, she has worked for several years in a Clinical Department in Salzgitter. There she worked both in patient care and in counseling until she decided to do her bachelor's degree at the University of Applied Sciences in Neubrandenburg. She then went on to work in the diabetology and nutritional medicine practice at Kröpcke. For five years, she was there not only for clients, but also for our trainees, who regularly complete an internship there.
Since February 2022, she has been adding her expertise to our team in the subjects of "hygiene" and "food science".
Dietician, B. Sc. dietetics, nutritionist DGE, specialist educator
Franziska Elgeti completed her training as a dietician at our school in 2015. Since then, she has been working as a diabetes consultant in a practice specializing in nutritional medicine and diabetology as well as providing support in our teaching kitchen. There she contributes her knowledge as a trained chef.
She has been a permanent member of the team since 2023 and teaches kitchen technology, teaching kitchen and, on a pro rata basis, food science and provides support in key diabetic topics.
In the practice, she and Ms Sinner supervise the trainee dieticians in their practical training on site.
Dietician, diabetes consultant DDG, cook
completed her training as a dietician at our school in 2022. Since then, she has worked as a consultant in a specialist nutritional medicine and diabetology practice. She returned to our school in October 2023 and has since supported the team as a teacher, for example in the subject "Food Science", and supervises the planning and implementation in the teaching kitchen and various projects.
Before training, she completed her Bachelor's degree in "Environmental Protection" (B.Sc.) and contributes her knowledge to project work on the topic of sustainable nutrition, among other things.
Dietician, B.Sc. Environmental Protection
successfully completed her training at our school in 2012. Since then, she has focused on science and completed her doctorate in "clinical nutritional medicine".
She returned to the school in 2022 and supports us there in practical training and helps to implement scientific work in the school.

After several professional positions and over 21 years in a state bank, Sonja Dietrich-Wittig has been working in the office of the School for Dieticians since 2022.
She is a certified secretarial assistant. She brings her many years of experience in assistant and secretarial work to the table with great pleasure and thus supports the school management, the team and the trainees in this area of responsibility and, of course, in overarching topics.
