The Psychosocial Counseling Service (PSB) gives students the opportunity to talk to a neutral person about themselves, their situation and their problems and, if necessary, about further support options.

Outpatient care for adults with congenital heart defects has been provided by the Clinical Department of Cardiology and Angiology for many years. Together with colleagues from the Clinical Department of Paediatric Cardiology and Intensive Care Medicine, adolescents are cared for in the transition consultation hours.

Advice is also given on school and vocational training, sports activities, disabilities, obtaining a driving license and fitness to fly.
