The colloquium is led by Prof. Dr. Ch. Krauth and Prof. Dr. V. Amelung. It is aimed at Master's students and doctoral candidates who deal with health economics and health policy issues. The aim is for the colloquium to take place every four to eight weeks (usually on Wednesdays, 3 to 5 pm). Any deviations will be communicated in good time by e-mail. The duration of a colloquium is at least two hours. The colloquium may also last longer if, for example, training in scientific methods is provided by external speakers.

The course of a colloquium is as follows: First, all participants may briefly present the current status of their scientific work. Then at least one participant may present and discuss the challenges and problems of their own work in greater depth in the plenary session so that assistance can be provided and solutions found if necessary.
