I have been a full-time member of the Staff Council since August 2014 and Deputy Chairman since March 2020.

Before joining the Staff Council, I worked as a nurse anesthetist since 1993.

My focus is on occupational health and safety in healthcare with all associated topics.

For example, I am supporting the planning for the new MHH 20XX hospital building and making sure that the needs of the staff are taken into account.

However, the establishment of a crisis intervention team for MHH employees is also a matter close to my heart and is also at the top of my list of priorities.

As a PR representative / advisory member, I bring the concerns of employees to the Clinic Conference.
