I am a new member of the Staff Council and have been a full member since March 2020.
I have been working in nursing since 2011. In recent years, I have completed further specialist training for oncology Nursing, as well as for management tasks and have now been group leader of ward 83/84/oncology day clinic since March 2020.
I would like to develop and implement new ideas for staff recruitment and attitudes in Nursing. Through my work with the Staff Council, I can get actively involved in this.
