The Ederhof is a rehabilitation center specializing in children and adolescents with organ transplants. Since it opened over 20 years ago, Ederhof has offered an integrative and family-oriented form of therapy for children and adolescents with organ diseases before and after transplantation, for children and adolescents who require dialysis and for their families.
Accompanied by an interdisciplinary team of specially trained professionals, our aim is to provide patients and their families with a time of rest and relaxation in the midst of the beautiful East Tyrolean countryside, from which they can draw new strength to return to everyday life with renewed vigor.

The Rudolf Pichlmayr Foundation supports children and young people before and after an organ transplant and their families. More than 25 years ago, transplant physician Rudolf Pichlmayr and his wife Ina Pichlmayr created a rehabilitation center where children and adolescents before or after an organ transplant are strengthened physically and emotionally, together with their families: the Ederhof.
The Rudolf Pichlmayr Foundation is the sponsor of this unique European rehabilitation facility and uses donations to finance construction projects, medical and technical equipment and medical and educational staff, among other things.
