Information for employees
Anyone whose employer is participating can actively take part and collect their own 150 minutes for the benefit of Nursing. You can find a list of participating companies here. Your employer is not yet participating? Feel free to promote this campaign, which combines employee health with charitable commitment, in your company!
The process in detail
If you have any questions, please call: 0511 532-8756.
The first step is simple: you register with your name and a valid e-mail address. Please also enter the name of your employer so that we can assign you to the correct company. If you do not have the registration link sent to you by your employer, simply call up our registration form (registration closed).
From mid-April, we will send you a personalized link to a questionnaire that you can call up as often as you like during the campaign week to enter your active minutes. The type of exercise is irrelevant, as you can enter a wide variety of sports as well as everyday physical activities in the questionnaire. Please note: At no time will we pass on individual data that you have entered on your activities in the questionnaire to your employer.
Whether you are taking a selfie while doing sports, taking a photo of the forest you are walking through or the dogs you are out and about with: Every photo you send to foerderstiftung@mh-hannover.de during the campaign week will enrich our website and motivate others to overcome their inner pig dog too. We look forward to your snapshots!
We are giving away a fitness watch, a wellness day for two and a professional sports and performance check at the Clinical Department for Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine, just like top Olympic athletes do, to all participants who reach the campaign week target. Shortly after the end of the campaign, the active minutes will be evaluated. Anyone who has completed 150 minutes will automatically be entered into the prize draw!
At the end of the Nursing Action Week, all questionnaires will be evaluated by the Clinical Department for Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine at the MHH and you will receive individual feedback by email a few weeks later. This will summarize your own activities and also show the average values achieved during the week by the entire group of participants. After your feedback has been sent, your data will be stored pseudonymously for three months for possible queries and then permanently deleted.
At the end of the campaign week, we will report to your employer how many employees from your company have taken part, as this will determine the final donation amount. Everyone who has been active is counted, even if they have not quite reached the weekly target of 150 active minutes.
