Many thanks for taking part!

Over 160 employees from Hanover-based companies consciously paid attention to their exercise last week. The goal: 150 active minutes. For each participant, the employer made a donation to the Nursing Foundation MHH plus. The results are now being evaluated and the donation amount will be known shortly. Within the next few weeks, all participants will also receive individual feedback from the MHH Institute of Sports Medicine.

Support Nursing and get your employees up to speed!

The principle is very simple: employees from the participating companies integrate regular physical activity into their daily routine during the week of April 22-28, 2024. The aim is to achieve the total active time recommended by the WHO as the basis for a healthy lifestyle during the week in question: 150 minutes. For every employee who takes part in the campaign, the employer will donate a certain amount to the MHH plus Foundation for the promotion of young nurses at the MHH.

Keep spinning!

Friederike Stolt from VHV really put her foot down for the "150 minutes" week. Chapeau and many thanks for the photo!

19 kilometers around Hohenthann

Even without "150 minutes", Susanne Blaschke from the Bavarian Heinz von Heiden branch simply enjoys hiking. With her hike, she practically broke the weekly target.

Tennis without a table ;-)

Yvonne Wesoly normally devotes herself entirely to table tennis. Last week, however, she swapped the small white ball for the slightly larger yellow one - a change is needed.

Shaaaafe!

If the socks match the sport...

... nothing can really go wrong. Marcel Remer from VHV was out on his gravel bike for "150 minutes".

The dogs have to work too

Christina Homann from PSD Bank Hannover has obviously put her setter Elmo through her paces - but it's for a good cause ;-)

Cycling at the desk

We like to recommend cycling during the active week. PSD Bank Hannover is now showing us that this is not only possible for commuting, but also at work with its Deskbike.

Compare activities

It is not important to us whether you spend the 150 minutes jogging or doing yoga. But perhaps you are still interested in the energy consumption for the different activities?
