The Youth and Trainee Representation (JAV) advocates for the interests of trainees and young employees and is your point of contact for questions or problems. We address your concerns at
and, together with the Staff Council, ensure that laws and collective bargaining agreements are followed and that you are provided with appropriate, high-quality training.
We also support you in conflicts, offer guidance in your day-to-day training, and actively bring your issues to the forefront within the company.
