My passion is to pave the way.

Paving the way involves analyzing situations, developing ideas and looking for solutions. I am particularly interested in changing perspectives and the interaction between people and institutions in different healthcare contexts.

As a healthcare researcher, I combine academia, practice, politics and the public. As a physician, I value medicine that listens and speaks. As Institute Director, I am concerned about good working conditions for my team and put a sense of community first.
