Quality management
Mission statement
Unitas in necessariis - unity in principle
Libertas in dubiis - freedom in cases of doubt
Caritas in omnibus - charity in all things
In line with MHH's mission statement, we strive to provide the best possible medical care for our patients. As a leading university institution, we have a pioneering role in patient care. This includes modern and future-oriented equipment that can draw on extensive resources within the medical school. Thanks to MHH's national and international research activities, the latest results are continuously incorporated into the clinical care of our patients.
Patients are at the center of everything we do. To this end, we work hand in hand with a highly qualified team of physicians, nurses, midwives, physiotherapists, medical assistants, surgical assistants and social service staff for our patients and respond to their individual needs. Respect for the dignity of each individual is expressed through a respectful and friendly approach and open and honest dealings with each other, both towards patients and within the team.
We strive to provide our patients with comprehensive, high-quality treatment in accordance with the guidelines. In order to pool our expertise, we have joined forces with various departments at the MHH and can offer our patients holistic treatment in line with our motto "Everything under one roof".
As a diagnosis can mean a fundamental turning point in life, we accompany our patients throughout their treatment. We offer psychosomatic, psychosocial and psycho-oncological support. This also includes integrating patients into a network and involving relatives.
Research is the knowledge of tomorrow and teaching is our future. We therefore provide practical and interdisciplinary training for students and trainees and offer our specialist staff extensive opportunities for further training. However, lifelong learning requires new knowledge, which we gain in our research and studies and incorporate into clinical care.
