Due to the large number of inquiries from patients with immunological diseases, some of whom are very seriously ill, we are forced to evaluate the appointment requests individually and can unfortunately only accept a small number of patients for an appointment in accordance with the criteria of §116b. Appointments can only be made at short notice by contacting your attending physician, in which case inpatient admission may also be recommended.

In order to be able to process your request regarding an immunological disease as specifically as possible, we would ask you to complete our questionnaire and send it to us with the documents provided.
