Congenital immunodeficiencies

Small family at sunset

In the immunodeficiency outpatient clinic, we see patients with suspected congenital immunodeficiencies and patients with monogenetic congenital disorders of the immune system. These include diseases characterized by a weak immune system, but also diseases with dysregulation of the immune system (primary immunoregulatory diseases) and autoinflammatory diseases. With our experienced team, we run one of the largest immunodeficiency outpatient clinics in Germany. We have special diagnostics that are only available at a few centers in Germany. We are a Jeffrey Model Center for Congenital Immunodeficiencies and Find-ID certified. As a JMF center, we work closely with our colleagues in pediatric pneumology, hematology-oncology and human genetics. This also includes an excellent transition of our adolescent patients from pediatric to adult immunology.

Head: Priv.-Doz. Dr. Georgios Sogkas
