Affective disorders
Stations 51a and 52
We treat people with acute and chronic depression, anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder and borderline personality disorder on three specialized wards. What all these illnesses have in common is that their quality of life, contact with other people and ability to work can be severely impaired. Specific psychotherapy methods are used to treat these disorders, which are individually tailored to the needs of those affected. In addition, differentiated drug therapy is often necessary.
In addition, supplementary therapy modules have proven to be effective in treatment. These include occupational and sociotherapy, physiotherapy, sports therapy and relaxation techniques. The treatment is carried out by qualified teams of therapists (physicians, psychologists, social workers, specialist nurses, occupational therapists and physiotherapists).
