Habilitation funding for women

Every year, the MHH provides 250,000 euros to support women in completing their habilitation.

The program addresses women from all disciplines at the MHH.

The selected female scientists are given full or partial leave for research.

For the duration of the funding, the female scientists are formally transferred to the Equal Opportunities Office.

The Senate Commission for Gender Equality selects the applicants.

- 111 female scientists have been funded since 2004:
- 65 have completed their habilitation and
